Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ProScouter, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. If you are under 18 (or under 13, where COPPA applies), a parent or guardian must provide consent as described in our COPPA Compliance page.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Paid plans (Coach, Scout, School, Brand, Agent, Fan) include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.

Athlete accounts require a one-time identity verification fee instead of a recurring subscription.

You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

Payments are processed securely by Base44 Payments. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges after your trial ends until you cancel.

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, videos, posts) but grant ProScouter a license to display it on the platform in connection with your profile.

You agree not to post false, misleading, or infringing content, and not to use the platform to harass other users.

ProScouter facilitates connections between athletes and brands/schools/coaches for NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) opportunities. ProScouter is not a party to NIL deals negotiated on the platform and does not provide legal, financial, or compliance advice.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their deals comply with NCAA, conference, state, and school-specific NIL rules, including pay-for-play and recruiting inducement prohibitions.

Athletes may be required to disclose NIL deals to their school's compliance office; ProScouter provides tools to help with disclosure but does not guarantee compliance.

The ProScouter name, logo, and platform design are owned by us and may not be used without permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the platform.

ProScouter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee recruiting outcomes, NIL deal value, or accuracy of AI-generated content (such as highlight reels or rankings).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProScouter is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
